Shipping & Handling

The shipment of your product is our highest priority and everyday we dispatch hundreds of products to satisfied customers across the world. However, because the majority of our warehouses are China-based, our shipping and handling times can vary and we are therefore unable to offer next day delivery.

Processing time: As soon as we receive your payment, we immediately dispatch your order to our suppliers for order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging which can take an additional 1-4 days.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. For US-based deliveries we use epacket which is a US postal service product which typically takes 7-14 days. For other international deliveries the shipping time may vary.

Tracking: As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number allowing you to easily locate your product directly from our website at any time. Please note that while the majority of our shipping companies provide a tracking service, we cannot guarantee it in all cases.


Return Policy

We offer FREE returns/exchanges if there are any defects associated with the merchandise that are a result of OUR fault!
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@gothicq.com with details of the product and the defect. 
If a problem is present, please inform us within 30 days. If you ordered an item with sizing issues, please contact us for more information on how you can exchange the item in a different size.

Requirements:
1. Once you want to return a product, please send us a return/exchange request to  info@gothicq.com including the following details:

  • Your order number
  • SKU number of the product which you need to return or exchange
  • Evidence picture/video showing the problem/defect

2. To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in its original condition
  • Unwashed, unused and undamaged.
  • It must also be in the original packaging with all the original labels. If not, the buyer will be responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Return Shipping:
Please use registered mails with online delivery tracking number for returns. If the returned order could not be tracked during transit, a safe reception could not be guaranteed by us. We hope for your understanding on this.

In the following cases, you’ll be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

Incorrect order:

  • If you ordered a wrong product or an incorrect size, you need to pay for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) if you want a replacement. If you choose refund, we will refund the original product price.

    Refunds:
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 1 week.

    All shipping costs of the original order are non-refundable.

    NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
    Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

    • Swimwear, bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, earrings and body piercings
    • Health and personal care items
    • Sanitary goods
    • Final sale items

    Additional non-returnable items:

    • Special Sale Products from our exclusive hidden sale pages (Black Friday, Christmas, etc)
    • Please do not send your product back to the manufacturer. Any items sent back to the manufacturer can not be distinguished as your order subsequently voiding all refunds.

    For sizing issues :

    • If we sent you the wrong size by our mistake, notify us and we will immediately send the correct size out to you and you keep the incorrect size absolutely free as our way of saying sorry for our mistake.
    • If you ordered a size and the correct size came but isn't a perfect fit, we can resolve this in one of two different ways only.
    • Because shipping and handling back to us may be too expensive to make it worth your time and money, we have altered our sizing return policy to support our customers.

    Please choose from one of these two following options:

    • Email us at info@gothicq.com explaining what size issue you are having and if you would like to exchange the item for another size you can return the original purchase to our USA location. Once we receive the item and its inspected to ensure it is unworn and unwashed and in its original condition, we will immediately send out the replacement size that you choose.
      *Note - there will be only 1 replacement item shipped for sizing so please make sure you use the size chart located on the product page itself to ensure a proper fit. The customer is responsible for the return shipping to our location.

    We DO NOT accept returns for refund due to fitting issues so please verify your size with the size chart listed on the individual product.

    *Please note that we deal with many manufactures from various locations so sizes may vary from one product to the next. Please verify your proper size by measurements listed on the products size chart.
