Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

It depends on where you are. Orders AFTER processed will take 7-10 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 10-20 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

We have a 14-day guarantee policy: If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Buyer pays. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We don't take on your shipping cost of return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. And please kindly provide a note to describe your return/exchange reason, with your full name, order number, e-mail address and phone number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. We really apologize that your item was not delivered to you. As much as we would like to have all the items be shipped smoothly, we really do not have control over other possible reasons/factors why an item did not arrive in one's mailbox. What we can recommend is that you can check with neighbors to see if they possibly have the package or check your local post office. Most customers who have the same situation like you have found their item either with their neighbor or at the local post office. There are also times when The shipping carrier will show the package delivered but they have actually delivered to your local post office to make the final delivery. You can contact The shipping carrier or your local post office with the tracking number and they will give you the information that you require. In Transit means that the Item has shipped from originating country and is en route to its destination.

General explanation:
1. Your package has been handed over to the carrier.
2. Your package has been dispatched or departed from its country of origin.
3. Your package has arrived its destination country and pending customs inspection.
4. Your package has arrived its destination country and during domestic transportation.
5. Your package is under another transportation period. For instance, it's in another country as a transit point and will be forwarded from there to its final destination country.

Please pay attention to detailed tracking information, if your item has arrived its destination country, we'd advise you to track it again within 1-2 days and observe the latest updates to ensure a smooth receipt of the package.

Yes, we have a setting for you to switch between these two options: Display on Hover and Display on Click.
If you have a cancellation request and it is within 24 hours of your order being placed, please email us here so that we can see if your order can be cancelled. Most of the time we can accommodate and coordinate a cancellation for you. There are times when an order has already been processed and or shipped therefore we cannot cancel. For these situations our Customer Support will work with you directly on a solution. Just email us
Please note that we cannot allow changes to the shipping address 24 hours after an order was placed. In most cases we can take care of this for you if your order hasn't shipped yet! Just email us here and we will look into the address change for you and get an answer for your quickly.
